Website operator
This website, available at cysolutionsinc.com, is operated under the name Creative Young Solutions. The business is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and offers IT services and a freelancer network for project collaboration to organisations in Canada and the United States.
Correspondence about the website can be sent by email to [email protected]. Questions about work already under way can be sent to [email protected].
Purpose of the website
The website describes our services, publishes practical guides for small organisations and provides a way to contact us. It does not sell products or services online, take payments or offer user accounts. Any work we carry out is agreed separately, in writing, for each project.
How to contact us
The quickest way to reach us is through the contact form or by email:
- General enquiries and consultations: [email protected]
- Support for work already under way: [email protected]
- Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern time, closed on weekends and public holidays
Documents that apply to this website
Several documents together govern this website. Each deals with a different subject:
- Terms of use — the rules for using the website and the status of its content
- Privacy policy — how personal information you send us is collected, used, stored and protected
- Cookie policy — what the website stores in your browser, and what it doesn't
- Accessibility statement — the standard the website is built against and how to get help
Information for organisations considering a project
Contacting us through the website does not commit you to anything. The first step is a free consultation, after which any proposed work is described in a written brief. Only a signed agreement for a specific project creates obligations on either side, and that agreement — not this website — sets out the scope, deliverables, timetable, fees and each party's responsibilities.
Information for freelancers
Independent professionals who would like to be considered for projects can introduce themselves through the contact form. Sending your details does not guarantee that you will be offered work, and it does not create an employment or contracting relationship. If a suitable project arises, its terms are agreed in writing before any work starts. How we handle the information you send us is explained in the privacy policy.
Content and professional advice
The guides on this website are general information written to help organisations think through technology decisions. They are not legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Where they refer to laws or government programmes, they link to the official source so you can check the current version. Decisions with legal or financial consequences should be taken with advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
Descriptions of our services are general. They don't form an offer, and they don't commit us to any particular scope, timetable or price, all of which are agreed in writing for each project.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — including its text, illustrations, logo, design and code — is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Details of what you may and may not do with it are set out in the terms of use. Third-party names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
Hosting and technical delivery
The website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare's global network, which also protects it against attacks. The site's fonts, images and scripts are served from its own domain. More detail about the service providers involved in processing contact-form submissions is set out in the privacy policy.
Links
Links from this website to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites. If you would like to link to this website, you're welcome to do so, provided the link is not presented in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that doesn't exist.
Services offered by the business
The business behind this website provides two lines of work. Its IT services cover website design and development, software development, digital marketing, graphic design and IT consultancy. Its freelancer network connects independent professionals in IT, design and development with projects that need their skills, supported by shared tools for project collaboration.
Freelancers who work on projects through the network are independent professionals. The terms of each engagement — scope, fees, ownership of work and confidentiality — are set out in the agreement made for that project.
