What should I put in my message?

What you'd like to build, fix or add; who it's for; what exists already (a site, a system, a team); and any deadline or budget constraint you know of. A few honest sentences are better than a polished specification.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The consultation is where we understand the problem and explain how we'd approach it. Scoping and pricing come afterwards, if you decide to continue.

Which email address should I use?

When will I hear back?

We handle enquiries during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern. Messages sent at weekends or on public holidays are picked up when we reopen.
